So far, it looks like all of our trees survived the weight of 24+ inches of snow. Not true for a pine tree on the other side of our fence in the church yard.
The county owns the property, but I don't know how high a priority it will be to clean it up, given everything else they have to do.
We may be doing some "community service" to protect our fence.
The bottom picture is the roof of the back side of the old parsonage next door. The building is boarded up, and they've been doing some intermittent preservation work on it - they work when they have money and stop when they don't - since we moved here a year and a half ago. I hope the roof holds!
