I was pleasantly surprised to find the tour bus company's insurance check in the mailbox last night -- 34 days after the accident. Not sure if that's speedy or pokey, but at least it's resolved. Now all I have to do is to schedule an appointment at the garage and get the work done before I spend the money on something else!
