When we got a notice from the bank that the house we're renting is in foreclosure and will be auctioned in two weeks, we decided it was time to buy a house. We looked at this one today in Stevensville - the first town on the other side of the Bay Bridge. The price is certainly right, but I can't imagine driving across the Bridge every day!
