If only real estate in Maryland were as reasonable as real estate in Tennessee. We bought this house in the Fountain City neighborhood of Knoxville as an investment; Daniel, Tiffany & Ella are our tenants. I never thought I'd buy a house sight unseen, but I had lots of really excellent eyes and ears on the ground.
