To celebrate a half-century of Shawn, we came to Tennessee for the weekend.
Shawn drove down on Thursday night, and I flew in on Friday. I'm going back Monday morning, he's staying another week to fish with Creig.
I baked a cake, filled, frosted, glazed, and froze it, and packed it in the cooler with blue crabs, oysters, and rockfish sticks - all for Shawn's Chesapeake birthday throwdown.
Ella helped me put the finishing touches on the cake. 50 is a LOT of candles, especially when you're using coconut macaroons as candle holders!!
