When hunger pangs strike in the middle of the night, few places hit the spot in quite the same way as a diner. My favorite late night spot on Capitol Hill -- Tune Inn -- was recently named one of the best bars in America by Esquire Magazine. My new favorite in Annapolis -- Double T -- hasn't won the same recognition, but they make a heck of an eggs benedict!
